Phase 2 proves the model works at scale. A second court, a growing membership, and an active junior program — the track record we need to unlock permanent facilities and government grant funding in Phase 3.

Why It Matters

Phase 2 is where the dream becomes sustainable. By adding the second court in the same building and reaching 120+ members, we prove that squash can thrive in Port Macquarie at scale. The revenue model becomes self-reinforcing: more members drive better programs, better programs attract more members.

This phase also launches our junior program—critical for building the elite pathway and creating the foundation for developing top-10 world-ranked players within 20 years. Young players trained here become the generation that brings squash back to Australia.

Most importantly, Phase 2 proves to councils, grant bodies, and sponsors that we are credible, organised, and capable of delivering results. This track record becomes the gateway to Phase 3 funding and permanent facilities.
